Alu-Manganese tweeter system
The tried and tested aluminum-manganese tweeter system transmits music signals up to 40,000 Hz. A transmission front plate made of aluminum serves as a wave guide and supports the radiation behavior of the system.
Aluminum membrane
The cone systems of the Ergo series are fitted with lightweight aluminum membranes and equipped with the latest generation of wave surround technology. Here, three precisely defined beading arches ensure a balanced force symmetry in the swing-in and swing-out behavior.
Housing geometry
With a wide baffle and state-of-the-art technology, the Ergo speakers include woofers with Canton-patented wave surrounds for maximum travel.
Connection terminal
24-carat gold-plated, stable screw terminals ensure optimal signal transmission. Please note image below is showing you the terminals of a 670 or 690 Ergo speaker. The Ergo 620 is not bi wire-able however it carries the highest of quality terminals as stated and in the image.
Front cover
The high-quality aluminum grille gives the Ergo series its own face. It offers the necessary protection for the loudspeaker systems without affecting the sound of the loudspeakers.
Surface
Visually, the timeless design is reflected in high-quality real wood veneers, the Ergo-typical, rounded housing corners and the classic chassis arrangement: above tweeter and mid-range systems, below a powerful bass with a front-radiating bass reflex tube. Thanks to the front-fire bass reflex system, it can be placed close to the wall without any problems.
