Hi Paul,
Just a brief note to thank you for your prompt service - the amp turned up today and I had the pleasure of setting it up this evening - all looks to be working well, networking active, using internet radio, controlling with the web console as well as iphone yamaha app. And it looks great, will wind it up more tomorrow when the kids are awake.
Thanks for your help, and thank you Yamaha for what looks to be a great product.

Hi guys, thought i should drop you a line to thank you for all your help and installation of my new home theatre Yamaha YH394 system with Blue Ray and LCD Television. It sounds great with everything hooked up and the installation was a " top job". Cant believe a mid range sysytem can sound so "Big " and so affordable. Your installers came in on Thursday as arranged and installed the projector, screen and sound system, the guy's did a great job ( I know that it wasn't an easy install ) and I just thought I would let you know that we are very happy with the whole transaction and the system is exactly what we wanted.

sell me products that didn’t suit my requirements. On a recommendation I visited

Dear Paul, I just thought I would send you a quick note to thankyou for your kind advice and hard work. As mentioned I shopped around before purchasing my home cinema and I was very disappointed with several stores that tried to sell me items that I didn’t want and were well above what I wanted to pay. As I am in sales myself I appreciated your honest approach in advising me on the projector and package that you did. Also the installation done by Tim was fantastic. Although we had a few hiccups with the installation ( none of which were your fault ) they were addressed on the spot and I have been delighted with the end result.The clarity of the picture and sound is superb for the money I spent. Hi Paul,
Paul Riachi and his team of professionals at Rio sound and vision were asked to quote on installing CCTV in to our factory based in Dandenong, Victoria. After our initial discussions I was asked to fax plans of the factory along with exact requirements to them. That very same day I had a technician at our factory doing a site inspection and assessing the amount of cameras required and where they needed to be placed in order to get maximum efficiency. Within two days of getting the quotation we had two technicians installing our cameras that work perfectly. I now have the peace of mind of having a second shift working throughout the night that our staff are working efficiently and wherever I travel throughout the world I can have remote access to the operations of the business.

Dear Paul,
I called on Rio Sound & Vision to help supply our stores with a funky modern looking TV for our Kids stores and I haven’t looked back. I was far too busy to have any focus on this so the Rio guys went into our stores and looked at exactly what would suit our brand. They recommended the right TV, right size, and the right colour that fit within the décor of our stores. They even came out and installed all of our TV’s to ensure they were positioned correctly and showed all our team members how to use them. The service has been outstanding. Even when we had an issue, the RIO technicians came out, fixed the problem and we’ve had no issue since.
I would definitely use Rio Sound & Vision again and would absolutely be recommending them to anyone I know that is looking for a specialist in this field.
